1. Return and Refund Policy
- Conditions for Return:
- Customers are required to check the condition of goods and may return/exchange items at the time of delivery/receipt under the following circumstances:
- The item is not the correct type or model as ordered or as displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
- The quantity is insufficient, or the set is incomplete as per the order.
- The external condition is damaged, such as torn packaging, peeling, or breakage.
- Customers are responsible for providing relevant documents to prove the above issues to complete the return/exchange process.

- Notification and Return Timeframes:
- Notification of Return/Exchange: Within 48 hours of receiving the product, in cases of missing accessories, gifts, or breakage.
- Return Shipping: Within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Return Location: Customers can either bring the product directly to our office/store or send it via postal services.
- If customers have feedback or complaints related to product quality, they are encouraged to contact our customer service hotline.
2. Inspection Policy
- Before receiving and paying for the goods, customers have the right to inspect the product.
- Customers are encouraged to open the package to ensure the delivered items match the ordered model and quantity.
- After agreeing to the delivered items, customers should proceed with payment to the delivery personnel (for COD orders) and receive the product.
- Notes:
- When inspecting the order, delivery personnel must wait for the customer to check the items in the package. If the delivery personnel refuses, customers should contact our hotline at 028 3827 2240 for assistance.
- Customers are advised not to use sharp objects to open the package to avoid damaging the product inside. We regret that we cannot assist with exchanges, returns, or warranties for products damaged due to customer handling.
3. Pricing and Order Rejection
- Pricing Policy:
- We commit to displaying actual product images and providing genuine goods at the most reasonable prices.
- At the time of order completion, customers will be informed of the total cost, including product price, VAT, packaging fees, shipping fees, and any other charges (if applicable).
- Displayed Prices on the Website:
- Gray price: Manufacturer/distributor’s suggested retail price.
- Red price: Official selling price on our website.
- Price Adjustment Policy:
- We strive to ensure the accuracy of prices displayed on the website. However, the order value will be reconfirmed during order processing.
- If the product price changes before the order is confirmed, we will contact the customer for confirmation to proceed with the new price.
- Order Rejection Policy: We reserve the right to reject orders under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, epidemics, etc.).
- Products are out of stock or cannot meet delivery conditions.
- Reasons related to current legal regulations.
- If an order is rejected, we will immediately notify the customer and refund the full amount (if applicable) via the original payment method.
4. Warranty Policy
- Warranty Period:
- Travelite luggage products purchased through the Runway Vietnam system are covered by a 3-year warranty. (Customers are advised to check the warranty card on the product for the exact validity period.)
- Warranty Scope:
- Damaged accessories.
- Technical defects caused by the manufacturer.
- Exclusions from Warranty:
- Products damaged due to accidental incidents or issues outside the manufacturer’s warranty scope, such as tears, cuts, burns, explosions, natural disasters, chemical or temperature exposure, etc.
- Products damaged during usage, including worn-out wheels, breakage, overloading, or damage caused by improper handling by third-party transport providers.
- Depending on the specific case, compensation requests will be considered within the stipulated timeframe.
- Travel Recommendations:
- When traveling via commercial means, please inspect your luggage immediately upon arrival. If damage is observed during transportation, notify the relevant department in writing and verbally, and obtain confirmation from the transport provider (e.g., airline, railway company, bus company, etc.).
- Warranty Process:
- Customers are required to notify Runway Vietnam during the warranty period and submit the product along with the warranty certificate and the original purchase invoice to the nearest Runway Vietnam store.
- Runway Vietnam will receive and assess the product. If eligible for warranty, the unit will perform repairs or replace accessories free of charge.

5. Website Usage Terms
