Payment Methods

Titan-bags.vn offers two payment methods for customers:

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

What is COD? COD stands for Cash On Delivery, meaning payment upon receipt of goods. With this payment method, customers pay cash to the delivery staff when receiving their order. We accept COD for most orders nationwide, except in the following cases:

• COD is only applicable for orders with a total value of less than 15 million VND. If the order exceeds 15 million VND, please choose the bank transfer payment method.

2. Bank Transfer Payment

During the ordering process, please choose the bank transfer payment method in the Payment Method section. To select the bank transfer payment method, your ATM card must be registered for internet banking.

  • BANK:MB Bank – Saigon Branch
• Note format: [Order ID]

Example: If you are paying for an order xxxx placed on the Titan-bags.vn website, the note format for the transfer will be TITAN-xxxxxx.

How much must the order value be to receive an invoice?

In all cases, unless otherwise requested, you will receive an invoice according to the personal information registered when purchasing on the Titan-bags.vn website.
